14日の返品ポリシー
商品を受け取ってから14日間は返品をリクエストすることができます。 返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未使用であり、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。
✦ 返品手順
返品が受け付けられた場合、返品の発送先住所および発送方法に関する手順書をお送りします。返品をリクエストするより先に返送された商品は受け付けられません。なお、お客様都合による返品の場合、返品にかかる配送料（返送料）はお客様のご負担となります。 返品についてご不明な点がございましたら、下記連絡先までいつでもお問い合わせください。
✦ 破損および品違い、その他問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急に下記連絡先までご連絡ください。問題を確認して適切に対処いたします。※商品の不具合やお届け間違いによる返品・交換の配送料は、当ショップが負担いたします。
✦ 返品できないもの
セール商品やギフトカードの返品は受け付けることができません。
✦ 欧州連合（EU）の14日間のクーリングオフ期間（撤回権）
上記にかかわらず、商品が欧州連合（EU）域内に発送されている場合、購入者は、いかなる理由でも、正当な理由を示すことなく、14日以内に注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります。上記と同様に、商品は受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未使用であり、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入した証拠も必要になります。なお、EU域内からの返品であっても、お客様都合による返品の場合、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。返品・キャンセルのリクエストはこちらからお手続きください。

返品が受領され、検査が行われたらお知らせいたします。また、返金が承認されるか否かもお知らせいたします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、支払われるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。

Please note that for returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
